Follow these quick steps to properly insert your CAC card into the IOGEAR reader:

Step 1:
Position the reader: Hold the CAC card reader with the IOGEAR logo facing up.

Step 2:
Position the card: Turn your CAC card so the gold microchip faces down.

Step 3:
Insert the card: Gently slide the card into the reader slot until it clicks or rests fully in place
