1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):

• “IOGEAR” refers to Aten Technology, Inc., d/b/a IOGEAR.
• “Website” refers to www.iogear.com and any associated pages operated for the IOGEAR brand product sales.
• “Promotion” refers to the Back to School offer described herein.
• “Promotion Period” refers to the period between 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on August 19, 2026, and 11:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026.
  

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid only during the Promotion Period. Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible and will not be adjusted.

3. Offer Details

3.1 Discount.

Eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period will receive a 10% discount off the regular retail price of qualifying items.

3.2 Redemption.

To redeem a discount code, enter the valid promo code at checkout. Discounts apply only to qualifying merchandise total before taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

3.3 Per-Order Limit: Promotional codes offer a fixed discount (e.g., $10 off) applied once per qualifying item SKU per order. Purchasing multiple units of the same item within the same order will not multiply or stack the discount amount.

3.4 Combining Codes for Different Items: Customers may apply multiple unique promotional codes within a single transaction, provided each code applies to a different qualifying product.

3.5 Multiple Orders: Promotional codes are valid once per order. Customers wishing to redeem a coupon code on additional units of the same item may do so by placing separate orders.

3.6 Exclusions from Discount.

The discount applies only to the merchandise price and excludes the following:

• Products with other special sales promotions
• Refurbished products
• shipping and handling fees
• taxes and regulatory fees
• purchases of gift cards
• warranty extensions
• products purchased from outside of the United States
• any other surcharges or non-product fees

3.7 Pricing Accuracy.

IOGEAR reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, or display errors. Where corrections are made, customers will be notified before order fulfillment, consistent with U.S. e-commerce disclosure laws.

3.8 Returns & Refunds.

If you return an item purchased with a promotional code, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid for the item after the discount was applied, not the original retail value. Promotional codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Geographic Eligibility.

The Promotion is open to residents of the United States in locations where IOGEAR ships. Certain regions (e.g., remote areas or restricted jurisdictions) may be excluded due to shipping limitations or local regulations.

4.2 Purchasing Method.

Only purchases completed directly on the Website during the Promotion Period are eligible. Purchases through third-party retailers or marketplaces are excluded.

4.3 Non-Combinability.

Unless otherwise specified in writing by IOGEAR, the Promotion may not be combined with:

• other promotional codes,
• limited-time discounts,
• wholesale or volume pricing agreements,
• employee or partner discounts,
• coupon stacking or double-discounting arrangements.

These disclosures are provided to ensure transparency under applicable U.S. consumer-protection standards.

5. Exclusions

5.1 Product Exclusions.

Certain products, categories, or collections may be excluded at IOGEAR’s discretion. Excluded products will be clearly identified on the relevant product pages in compliance with U.S. e-commerce transparency requirements.

5.2 Non-Eligible Orders.

The following do not qualify:

• previously placed orders
• subscription renewals or auto-ship orders
• gift cards or gift card reloads
• orders placed outside the United States
• orders placed outside the Promotion Period

5.3 No Price Adjustments.

IOGEAR will not retroactively apply the Promotion to previously completed purchases.

6. Limitations and Restrictions

6.1 Inventory Availability.

All offers are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, customers will be notified and provided with available remedies under applicable U.S. law.

6.2 Resale Restriction.

Products purchased under the Promotion are intended for personal or internal business use only. IOGEAR may cancel orders suspected of resale or commercial distribution.

6.3 Fraud Prevention & Order Review.

IOGEAR may cancel, refuse, or limit orders for reasons including:

• suspected fraud,
• automated/bot purchasing,
• multiple account creation,
• purchase attempts inconsistent with these Terms.

Any such action will comply with applicable U.S. consumer-protection laws, including California’s UCL and CCPA/CPRA standards.

7. Consumer Rights Disclosure (U.S.)

7.1 Non-Waiver of Statutory Rights.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights provided under U.S. state consumer-protection laws (including California Civil Code, UCL, and CLRA).

7.2 Price Transparency Compliance.

IOGEAR adheres to U.S. price-advertising standards prohibiting misleading discount representations. Regular prices reflect prices at which substantial sales occur.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Modification or Termination.

IOGEAR may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to system errors, fraud, legal compliance requirements, or circumstances beyond IOGEAR’s control. Changes will not affect orders already completed unless required by law.

8.2 Void Where Prohibited.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

8.3 Policy Incorporation.

By participating, you agree to the Website’s:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law:

• IOGEAR is not liable for lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected orders;
• IOGEAR is not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet failures, unauthorized account access, or system errors;
• IOGEAR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. Some U.S. jurisdictions (e.g., California) do not allow limits on implied warranties or certain damages; in those places, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 U.S. Orders Only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
