General Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on the maintenance and growth of several named accounts and prospects. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to achieve broad account objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Channel experience with distribution partners is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
